Acadiana C.A.R.E.S. in collaboration with the Louisiana Office of Public Health STD/HIV/Hepatitis Program is looking for a responsible person to conduct HIV rapid testing, prevention counseling, and provide appropriate referrals at LSU Health clinics in Baton Rouge, LA. Successful candidate will demonstrate a basic level of proficiency in HIV counseling and testing and the ability to provide care based upon language, culture, age and/or physical/developmental status of patients with a variety of medical diagnoses. Minimum qualifications include Bachelor’s Degree in Public Health, Social Work, Biological Science, Nursing, or related discipline.
